Role-based permissions enforced server-side on every request, with each company's workspace isolated from every other tenant.
Tamper-evident audit log
Security events are recorded in an append-only log protected by a SHA-256 hash chain — tampering is detectable.

Controls designed against the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria, written into policy and reviewed on a schedule — with vetted subprocessors.

Is Revio built by construction people?
Yes. Revio comes out of the contracting world — the people behind it have priced work, run crews and signed both sides of a pay app. That's why the platform speaks in schedules of values, fringes and retainage instead of generic 'tasks' and 'workflows.'
What's this 'living portfolio' — do I have to fill it in?
No. The portfolio assembles itself from the work you already do in Revio: bids, estimates, projects, pay apps, payroll and compliance records. Over time that becomes an organized, verifiable picture of your systems, financial performance and operational maturity — the exact evidence a buyer, lender or investor asks for.
Who can see my business's data and valuation record?
You, and only you, unless you decide otherwise. Your workspace is isolated per company and the portfolio is private by default. Showing it to a buyer, investor or partner is always your call — Revio never shares or sells your operating data.
What do I actually get on day one?
A workspace tailored to your role (GC, sub, owner or vendor) with every module your plan includes: bidding, estimating, project management, pay apps, time, compliance, documents, chat and the AI copilots. A human on our team activates every new account and helps you load your first project.
Do my subs and owners need paid seats?
No. Command includes owner and vendor portals, so the people who review and approve can see what they need for free. Subs who want their own full workspace pick up the Trade plan.
Will it handle public / prevailing-wage work?
That's home turf. Classifications, base-plus-fringe math and WH-347 certified payroll are generated from real timecards, and the transparency portal covers agency and DEI reporting requirements.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions run through Stripe — card on file, monthly or annual, cancel anytime from the billing portal linked on your receipt page. Annual billing saves roughly two months.
How many people can I add?
Plans are per company workspace, not per seat — bring your whole office and field crew without watching a user meter. Owners and vendors get free portal access on top.
Does Revio replace QuickBooks or my accounting system?
Revio runs the operational side — estimates, job cost, invoices, POs, payroll runs and pay apps — and everything exports cleanly (CSV, PDF, print-ready reports) for your accountant's system of record. You can also bring your own S3-compatible storage for documents.
