Who is Revio for?
General contractors, subcontractors, project owners and the partners they work with. Plans follow each team's role, with bids, estimates, project records, billing and crew time brought into a shared workspace.
Can I see it before I buy?
Yes. Request a walkthrough from the contact page and tell us your role and the workflow you want to see. You can also explore actual app screenshots with sample workspace data on this site before choosing a plan.
What happens after I choose a plan?
After checkout, create your app account and confirm your email. The Revio team reviews and activates new accounts, usually within 24 hours. Your workspace then shows the modules included in your plan and allowed by your role. A walkthrough can help you choose your first workflow.
Do my subs and owners need paid seats?
Command includes owner and vendor collaboration access. Subcontractors who want their own workspace can choose Trade, and owners who want a separate oversight workspace can choose Oversight. Plans are priced per company workspace, not per teammate.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions run through Stripe, with monthly or annual billing and a billing portal linked from your receipt page. Trade offers an annual discount. Oversight and Command's current founding rate have the same effective monthly amount on either interval. Pricing shows the full amount due before checkout.
Does Revio replace QuickBooks or my accounting system?
Revio brings estimates, project financials, invoices, purchase orders, payroll workflows and pay apps together. Keep your accounting system of record and use the available exports for reconciliation. Book a walkthrough to check the handoff your accountant needs; a direct accounting integration is not assumed.
