OUR STORY

We didn't discover construction.
We came from it.

There's a pattern in construction software: a tech team spots a "legacy industry," raises a round, and ships a pretty project board that collapses the first time a real job hits it. The schedule of values doesn't foot. Certified payroll is "on the roadmap." Retainage is a custom field.

Revio took the opposite road. It was built from inside the contracting world — by people who have priced work at the kitchen table, run crews through wet winters, chased retainage past substantial completion and filed the WH-347s themselves. The software exists because the spreadsheets finally buckled, not because the market looked lucrative from a pitch deck.

That origin shows up everywhere: modules are named what the industry calls them, the pay app math matches the pencil copy, and the AI copilots explain their reasoning like a sharp PM would — because a black box has no business near your cash flow.

Every build. One platform. Built by the people who build.

WHY WE EXIST

An asset instead of a job.

Living inside the industry, we kept watching the same ending: a contractor spends thirty years building a great company, and when it's time to step back there's nothing to sell — because the business is the owner. The pricing lives in their head, the relationships live in their phone, and the systems live in habit. Hard to scale, hard to sell, nearly impossible to pass on.

Revio was created to break that pattern. As you run your work here, the platform builds a living portfolio of your business — the systems, the financial performance, the operational maturity, the overall health — a measurable record of what the company is truly worth, ready for investors, buyers and acquisition partners when you are.

The long-term vision goes further: a trusted rating and valuation benchmark for construction businesses — think of a credit score — that helps investors find high-quality companies and gives owners a clear pathway to acquisition, investment or succession.

We believe every construction business should have the opportunity to reach its full potential — and that owners deserve the freedom to step away, retire or start the next thing with confidence, with the value of everything they built intact.

What we hold ourselves to

  • Field first

If a foreman can't use it with gloves on a 34° morning, it doesn't ship. The office view is built on top of the field view — never the other way around.

  • Numbers that foot

The estimate, the schedule of values, the timecards and the pay app must agree with each other to the penny. That's not a feature — it's the whole point.

  • Audit-proof by default

Public work means someone will eventually ask you to prove it. Every record in Revio is versioned, attributed and exportable before anyone asks.

  • Humans activate humans

No self-serve ghost towns. A person on our team reviews and switches on every new workspace, and you can reach that same person when something's off.
